This Privacy Policy explains how UNI SOFTWARE GROUP LLC ("LeapInvoice", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use the LeapInvoice website at leapinvoice.com and related services (the "Service").

We are a limited liability company registered in Georgia (Identification Number 400476061), with our registered address at Erosi Manjgaladze Street, N 75a, Nadzaladevi District, Tbilisi, Georgia.

1. Who is responsible for your data

For your account and use of the Service: We act as the controller of the personal data we collect about you directly (for example, your account and billing information and how you use the Service).

For data you upload about your own customers and contacts: When you use the Service to create invoices and manage client records, you may upload personal data relating to your own customers and contacts ("Customer Data"). For that data, you are the controller and we act as a processor, processing it on your behalf and under your instructions in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required notices or consents for that data.

2. Personal data we collect

Information you provide to us:

  • Account details such as your name, email address, business name, and password.
  • Billing and payment details necessary to process your Subscription (note: card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us in full — see Section 5).
  • Content you submit to the Service, including invoices, client records, contact details, and related business information (Customer Data).
  • Communications you send us, such as support requests and feedback.

Information we collect automatically:

  • Usage data, such as the features you use, actions you take, and timestamps.
  • Device and technical data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

3. How we use personal data

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • create and manage your Account and authenticate you;
  • process payments and manage Subscriptions;

5. Payments

Payments for the Service are processed by third-party payment processors. When you make a payment, your card or payment details are provided directly to the payment processor and handled in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable security standards. We receive limited information such as confirmation of payment and the last digits of your card for reference. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. How we share personal data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share personal data with:

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
